The Short Version
Because our product is a digital service delivered instantly (credentials sent via WhatsApp/email), our refund policy follows standard digital goods practices:
- Full refund available — if you request a refund before we issue your credentials
- No refund — once credentials (M3U URL / Xtream Codes) have been issued and activated
- Exception — if the service is completely non-functional on our end and we cannot resolve it within 72 hours
1. Pre-Activation Refunds
If you have paid but your credentials have not yet been issued — either because we haven't processed your order yet or you changed your mind before activation — you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us immediately:

Once we confirm your credentials have not been issued, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (where technically possible — crypto refunds are subject to network availability).
2. Post-Activation — General Rule
Once we have delivered your M3U URL and Xtream Codes credentials and your account has been activated, the subscription is non-refundable. This applies to all plans (Lifetime, Yearly Single, Yearly 4 Accounts).
This is consistent with standard digital goods and software subscription practices. By accepting your credentials and activating the service, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
3. Exception — Service Failure
If the service is completely non-functional (i.e., you cannot stream any channels at all, not due to your internet connection or device setup), and we are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of you reporting it to us, you may be eligible for:
- A partial refund proportional to the remaining subscription period, or
- A full credit toward an equivalent subscription
This exception does not apply to:
- Individual channels being temporarily unavailable
- Buffering caused by your internet connection (minimum recommended speed: 25 Mbps)
- Setup or app configuration issues on your device
- Restrictions imposed by your ISP or location
4. Not Happy With the Service?
Before requesting a refund, please message us. Most issues can be fixed in minutes — wrong app settings, server selection, or connection quality are the most common culprits. Our support team is available 7 days a week on WhatsApp and email and will work through any issue with you.

5. How to Request a Refund

- Provide your order details (payment date, amount, payment method)
- Describe the reason for your refund request
- We will review your request and respond within 24 hours
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
6. Crypto Refunds
Refunds for cryptocurrency payments (BTC or USDT TRC-20) are processed back to the wallet address you paid from. Due to blockchain transaction fees and volatility, the refund amount will reflect the USD value at the time of the original payment, minus any applicable network fees.
