Terms of Service

By purchasing or using any LifetimeIPTV subscription plan, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, placing an order, or using any part of the LifetimeIPTV service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase our service.

2. Service Description

LifetimeIPTV provides a digital IPTV subscription service giving access to live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, sports, movies, and series delivered via internet protocol (IP). The service includes:

  • 50,000+ live TV channels including sports, news, entertainment, PPV events and international
  • 100,000+ VOD movies and series
  • Electronic Program Guide (EPG)
  • M3U playlist URL and Xtream Codes credentials for use with compatible IPTV apps
  • Support via WhatsApp and email

Channel availability and content may change from time to time without notice as a result of licensing, technical, or operational changes. We do not guarantee that any specific channel will be available at any specific time.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Lifetime Plan — $180: Full service access for 4 years (48 months) from the activation date. One-time payment.
  • 1 Account Yearly Plan — $90/year: Access for 1 year (12 months). Renewable.
  • 4 Accounts Yearly Plan — $170/year: Four separate accounts for 1 year. Renewable.

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is accepted via Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC-20 network), PayPal, and major credit/debit cards. Your subscription begins on the date we activate your credentials, not on the date of payment.

4. Digital Delivery

After payment is confirmed, we will deliver your M3U URL and Xtream Codes credentials (username, password, server URL) to the email or WhatsApp number you provide, typically within 1–4 hours. See our full Digital Delivery Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

Your subscription is for personal, private, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute your credentials or streams
  • Share your credentials publicly (e.g., on forums, social media, or public websites)
  • Use automated tools to record, scrape, or redistribute content
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose under the laws of your jurisdiction
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with our servers or infrastructure

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

6. Simultaneous Connections

Your subscription allows streaming on multiple devices from the same household. Sharing credentials across multiple households or locations simultaneously is not permitted. Accounts showing signs of commercial sharing or abuse will be suspended.

7. Service Availability

We target 99% uptime across our servers. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, upstream provider issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for brief periods of downtime. See our Warranty Policy for how we handle extended outages.

8. Refunds

Our refund policy is set out in full in our Refund Policy. In summary: refunds are available before activation. Once credentials have been issued and activated, the subscription is non-refundable.

9. Content and Copyright

LifetimeIPTV provides access to streams via IP technology. The content accessible through the service is provided by third-party broadcasters and rights holders. We do not claim ownership of any broadcast content. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with applicable copyright laws in their country.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifetimeIPTV's total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers of material changes via email or WhatsApp.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be handled through direct negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the service provider's location.
